Dear Thomson's Customers:
- We are sub-leasing our indoor space to those that would like to have a permanent space year round.
- The shop can hold approximately 10 vendors with (10' x 10') spaces for each.
- Heat and electricity are included with some restrictions. The rent is $150 a month. Three months in advance is required.
- Co-op advertising is available twice a year at a cost of $100 each time. We pay for the spring postcard (5000) which will be a combo ad for the garden center merchandise and the fleamarket.
- Advertising will also be here on our website and on Craigslist.
- We are also renting space inside our fenced area during our busy season in the spring on a weekly basis. Space for this will be limited, but should prove to be profitable for those who participate. These 10'x10' spaces are available for $50 a week. When renting by the week, we require you to at least be here on weekends during the month of May to June 15th, as this is our busiest days of the week and it would only benefit you to be here during those times. A two week minimum is required. Paid in advance.
- We are also looking for vendors that would like to reserve a space for the outdoor events held during the spring, summer and fall, weather permitting.
- We advertise in two local papers for 3-4 days prior to the event. Place signs up on adjacent streets the morning of the event and a large sign outside our shop a week prior. We also post it on Craigs List.
- We are looking for Artisans with items they would like to place in our shop on consignment. The fee would be 25% of your sale price, but no rental cost. No clothing please. Looking for hand painted furniture, ceramics for the holidays, sculptures (metal or clay) garden decor, etc.
